Overall Satisfaction with Oracle eBusiness Suite

We currently use it for all our HR, Payroll and Benefits needs. It's used across the org on the US side and only HR is being used on the Int'l side. It addresses various critical problems like maintaining employee records, running payroll and benefits enrollment.
  • I feel it helps by providing great flexibility to store various employee data based on the needs of all different divisions and countries.
  • The benefits module is fairly easy to use
  • The whole Oracle EBS is intuitive and easy to customize.
  • Just wish there was a better reporting tool that could be used to run employee reports more smoothly.
  • Increased Emp efficiency and easy to learn
I have used a little bit of SAP and I feel one of the reason for using or choosing Oracle would be its price.
I wish it was more compatible with other downstream systems and could carry on transactions in a better way.
