Overall Satisfaction with Oracle eBusiness Suite

Oracle’s eBusiness Suite provides a majority of the core functionality required for IMMI’s business processes. We have been using this system for about 15 years and it runs over 70% of all the business processes at IMMI. It helps with our global supply chain and addresses the requirements in other countries with regulatory requirements.

  • It let us grow our business with out significant head count to manage our processes.

Evaluated cloud software.
Core backoffice processes are supported well, but the sales and CRM modules are very weak and lack the user experience available in other packaged software.
