Overall Satisfaction with Oracle eBusiness Suite

We use Ebiz across the whole organization.

All departments are using Ebs. We run finance, SCM, Trade management, WMS, Manufacturing, OSFM, Manufacturing, and Planning.
  • Finance modules are good. Easy to use, rich customer experience, we can apply our business processes and lot of reports match with our industry.
  • SCM works well. P2P and OTC cover all the areas of our business
  • ASCP - Advance planning throwing correct plan results. Throw our right pegging, horizontal and vertical planning reports output
  • GL consolidation is manual and not online. Oracle Binning, Internal and external part number support. Selling parts in bundle and revenue sharing. AME is not really flexible
  • Analytical reporting is not out of the box.
  • Need a big effort to move reports to download into excel
  • There is a lot of room for improvement in Workflows.
  • We have had a positive impact on overall business objectives. Consolidated all business and departments into a single Oracle instance.

Simple Order to Cash - Works fine. Mobile applications are works fine. WMS system supports both lot & serial numbering system. EDI integration works as expected
No major issues in PTP.
Multi org , books and currency and ledgers works fine. Some of the key reports are good. Channel management works fine.
