Eloqua is used by most businesses at Dow for communicating with customers. It is used globally to support digital marketing efforts for specific business units. these digital marketing efforts may be related to upcoming trade show events or informing a customer about a new product launch. we also leverage Eloqua to maintain our user consent.
- nicely integrated with oracle service cloud
- able to easily create digital campaigns
- able to report on effectiveness of campaigns
- in general oracle needs to better unify their CX platforms (service cloud, marketing cloud, etc). It's important that their be a unified user profile to support customer 360 views
