Overall Satisfaction with Oracle Eloqua
Eloqua is being used to determine when our prospects are clicking and viewing websites. It is being used in our sales department, across the organization. Not very valuable, I mean, YTD I used it only twice that resulted in a sale.
Pros
- Last activity of prospect.
- Allows you to deliver a more customized message based on the customer's history.
- Tracks the specific type of activity the prospect last accomplished, e.g viewed an email, website landing page etc.
Cons
- The interface could be more intuitive.
- A little complex to understand, a lot of charts that can be confusing.
- More functionality based on the data would be helpful too.
- Overall positive ROI
- Customized campaigns, automating tasks and events to follow up
- Lead scoring and nurturing programs provide to be very useful for the long term.
