Overall Satisfaction with Oracle Eloqua
In our organization, we use Oracle Eloqua for our B2B email marketing automation campaigns globally across regions.
Pros
- Oracle Eloqua has an intuitive user interface for all users of different technical experiences.
- Oracle Eloqua has all the important features from segmentation to scheduler etc. we need to automate our email campaigns.
- Oracle Eloqua allows us to integrate with other marketing/sales products such as Salesforce, CVENT, ON24, etc. to complete our lead lifecycle.
Cons
- Oracle Eloqua should also provide the API end points with responses for Audit Logs without going through the email channel or from the UI itself.
- Oracle Eloqua should provide better Success Hub for us to communicate with the CSM directly.
- Oracle Eloqua's TAM should provide better technical services especially around security features.
- It's not an expensive product compared to many other similar products in the market.
- It's worth the investment even though it requires a bit of a learning curve for marketers who don't have much technical experience.
- The experience has been great in our organization. We have very happy satisfied marketers. They just need to focus on designing their campaigns, not the technology.
