  • It's not intuitive for new users.
  • There's a lot of settings that new users need to learn how to configure.
  • On-demand help would be great.
Eloqua allows us to run webinars for all different parts of the business and customize the experience based on the particular business' needs.
  • Eloqua has allowed us to implement brand awareness campaigns so that Aon is known in the marketplace.
I'm new to Eloqua (been using it for 4 months), but so far I've learned a ton and I'm slowly getting more comfortable in the platform. Eloqua is very well suited for executing webinars and email campaigns.
