Overall Satisfaction with Oracle Engagement Cloud (formerly Oracle Sales Cloud)

We are currently in the programming stage, this will be used by all customer service and support dept. We hope that this will allow for greater visibility in all depts and personalize the customer experience

I believe this will be a great tool to integrate with the Sales Cloud and allow us to be more "sticky" with our customers

Integrating Oracle Engagement Cloud (formerly Oracle Sales Cloud)

Still in the planning stages, but doesn't seem to be very flexible with what we need. There are extra steps, unnecessary clicks, even the mapping and the flow of the page -- it's all standard, and you can't seem to change a lot of it. For example, we can only put fields in two columns, where we're used to seeing things all over the place.
