Overall Satisfaction with Oracle ERP Cloud

We are a large decentralized company that needed to improve our financial management situation (AR, AP, and general ledger) and automate as many processes as possible to eliminate mistakes.

Pros

  • Able to pay our consultants, vendors, and employees on time and in the correct amounts and also send correct invoices.
  • Fewer phone calls to our call centers
  • Less turnover in our accounting department

Cons

  • No issues so far
  • Less turnover in our accounting department
  • Fewer problems with payables and receivables
Went from PeopleSoft also used Oracle databases. The choice was natural.
  • Need to be a large company to implement this product.
  • The cost of Oracle licenses is high.
  • Need to have Oracle professionals in your IT department.
  • Need to stay on top of new releases.
