Oracle Financials Clouds is being used by our business partners that [work] directly with clients. It is linked with Salesforce and Oracle Financials. We hope this will assist our people with reporting their client experience and also keeping tracking of all expenses. Oracle Financials will assist our marketing partners keep more accurate accounting of their travel expenses and business expenses.
- User interface has some issues but easy to use
- Drop down menus are helpful
- Flexible product
- Some of ours user notice it will hang during a session
- Can still be time-consuming when creating new integrations of packages
- Needs improvement in processing speed
- It is well suited for our business partners who travel all over the world.
- It is a powerful and robust tool which may need outside assistance when trying to integrate it with a third-party package.
Both are powerful tools. We felt Oracle would be a better fit. We can send information to our vendors who also use Oracle so that we don't have any translation issues with them. This means our reconciliation would be lower and our people can focus on matters.
