Overall Satisfaction with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP

Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP is the heart of the financial systems in my organization. It houses the account balances, journal entries and is the source of truth when it comes to accounting and reconciliation tasks

Pros

  • Allows for data to be housed on the cloud

Cons

  • Interfaces need to be simplified
  • Running reports need to be simplified
  • More instructional documentation
  • Positive: Easy to navigate. Spreadsheet import option. Automate report generation. Security protocols are high
  • Negative: Amount of menus can be confusing
Depending on the menu, some items are easy to navigate, however other areas seem like have too many menu selections resulting in many clicks to get what needs to get done. The more you use it the easier getting things done becomes; it is not difficult to learn.
Oracle Fusion Cloud saved the company on server and data warehousing expenses. Oracle Fusion Cloud also allowed for better integration with modules and other software. Our address database is helpful with assets, accounts payable and tax purposes.

Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP is suited for a small company that has flexibility on month end and can get the staff comfortable with the interface. It is suited for a large company that has an automation team and support that would specialize in assisting with issues with the ERP system. This would not be good for a small company with limited staff.
