That Pardot tool is pretty nifty...
Overall Satisfaction with Pardot
Pros
- It was an intuitive solution with logical step-by-step processes to create campaigns, emails, list, etc
- It had the ability to get the marketer up and running within the day
- The customer success manager was there setting goals and metrics to help you along in the training
- The best part was the ability to chat in the application itself to support versus an email or phone call. A++
Cons
- I relied on tagging campaigns and the like, but ended up not using the tags as it did not seem very logical for me - at least in my use case
- The ability for the inside sales team to generate their own emails and track opens, clicks and the like with their own campaigns AND the ability to sync instantly with SFDC
