Overall Satisfaction with Perplexity

I create a space in Perplexity, which is essentially a persona that describes my company and what I sell. I also upload collateral for what I sell. Then I query Perplexity with questions relative to prospects I am selling to, using their name, title, and the company they work for.

Pros

  • Research the company that my prospects work for.
  • Research background on my prospects.
  • Combine those two and come up with about one page on how to approach them based on the space (persona) I created.

Cons

  • Sometimes navigation is a little tricky.
  • I would appreciate a better delineation when asking questions about different prospects. Currently, I have to re-enter the space to create a separate question thread.
  • Maybe more suggestions on how to use it for what I am trying to accomplish.
  • Better initial calls with prospects.
  • More in depth knowledge to create a conversation.
  • Have advanced some opportunities has a result of using Perplexity.
I think it is very good; some minor tweaks might be helpful.
I think they both do well. I use ChatGPT for some pre-created GPTs. So because I use them for different functions, it's hard to compare them head-to-head. I also use an Abacus, which I like a lot. Overall, they are all good, but I have different use cases for each one.
