Use Cases and Deployment Scope
Anthropic Claude has become something that we use daily across multiple areas of our business. Our main use for Anthropic Claude (outside of conversational and exploratory AI advice) is to centralize information in our company. We use Anthropic Claude to create training modules, central knowledge bases, catalogs of raw materials. We also use it from a financial aspect where we've taught it to read sales reports so it can build churning dashboards for our sales team.
Pros
- Integrates with Excel and PowerPoint - removing the need to menial task.
- Allows you to schedule tasks based on your Google Calendar and Gmail. Reminding you to action items you've discussed.
- Makes it easy to build working environments like databases or training modules without the need for IT solutions.
Cons
- In comparison to other AI, I do find that conversationally, Anthropic Claude lacks in-depth answers to the extent some of the others do. BUT - The content it does provide I generally find to be more valuable.
- An easier way to understand the credits and how they work. Perhaps a live usage bar or something that makes it more transparent.
- An integration with co-work. Chats saved on my cowork and chats saved on my Anthropic Claude web app do not sync.
Return on Investment
- Have not yet worked out a calculation for ROI as Anthropic Claude has become more of a support tool/extra staff member
- It has improved our execution of concepts. Organizing us and working something out in steps
- It has also improved our communication process with customers, as we are using it to create workflows for sales team to have documents signed for sales agreements
