It is used primarily by the technology based groups, but used by others as tasks are assigned to them. It helps solve accountability by department leaders of understanding when tasks are being bottlenecked by a specific group. In addition, it helps allocate resources are look for efficiencies in certain areas that are receiving additional tasks.
- Ease of use. Simple, anyone can pick it up.
- Streamlined, very intuitive to review information.
- The auto generated orders are great. Less of a need for pm's to baby site PM software. Let them actually work projects.
- While we love the auto generated work "orders" it would like some options for verification (at least easier to use) to allow for review and acceptance before the project is completed. Can be completed by creating that as a process. But sometimes a pain.
- Allowed for better tracking of projects and reporting.
- Allowed for easier send of work to different groups.
- Allowed for faster staff training, and lower staff cost as didn't need MS project staff. Less intimidating to others to use.
Cost and ease of use is great to other products we evaluated. Flexibility is very good, and ability for any staff to use is one of the main reasons.
Resource management was certainly affected with greater reporting of resources. More real time understanding and greater ease in communicating that information to outside groups. Again, easy to use.
Great. Again, ease of use is key. Very simple to use and the auto features and templates can really get projects off the ground and into various groups hands.
- Might look to add to any projects, not just technical based projects due to ease of use.
