Overall Satisfaction with Propeller Platform

we use Propeller Platform to process drone data, create a surface than upload our surface from Civil 3D to make comparisions on completion of site grading.

Pros

  • aerial images of sites from drones
  • point cloud processing for use in ground surfaces
  • quick visualizations and quantity take offs

Cons

  • user interface could be more streamlined and modern
  • it saved money on change orders
  • track sub contractor work progress for payment
It is pretty simple to use and relatively easy to get other data in and out of the program
