ProShop Rocks!
Overall Satisfaction with ProShop ERP
ProShop is being used across the entire organization. We use it to plan all jobs and contracts that come into the shop. We use it for all material, finish, and general goods purchasing and management.
Since everything is linked through ProShop this allows for any employees working on the floor to access all work orders from their tablets and view any drawings or project note changes as they happen live. Any employees assigned to projects will receive notifications through ProShop of any changes that occur real-time.

Pros
- Very forgiving system of any mistakes that might be made.
- You are able to edit and customize most everything in ProShop to fit your needs/wants.
- Info tabs all throughout proshop help explain what certain things are and what they do, also provide additional information pertaining to the subject.
Cons
- Can be slightly overwhelming at first.
- Unless you have a good understanding of how to write script and code the customization pages can be confusing.
- Some of the system notifications can be a little confusing, such as the new rev flag that pops up when the rev for the part changes. We've had some issues with this causing problems to the parts later down the line when trying to transfer duplicate parts to a remake job.
- Much closer tracking and monitoring of PO spending.
- Better tracking of spending over periods of time.
Proshop is way better
