Overall Satisfaction with Pure Storage FlashArray
Two Pure Storage FlashArray is used in two datacenters with an active cluster. It is used across the whole organization with high reliability.
- The setup and migration was very simple.
- The administration of this active cluster is easy. As a new customer it is clear and the Storage Array is working like promised.
- The Pure support is excellent and really fast. To schedule firmware upgrades and execute these upgrades goes very smoothly and without problems during business hours.
- It should be possible for adminstrators, to pause the alerting in the administration WebGui. For example for failover testing or network maintenance with impact of the Pure Storage active cluster.
- In the future their is no more migration from one to an other storage system.
- With the Evergreen Storage Gold program their will be no more downtime. Controller can be replaced during running cluster. An extansion with more flash arrays is just putting them in the Storage. No more action is neede.
It is an easy and fast Storage system with an high automated active cluster system.
We like the Evergreen Gold program. No more migration in about 5 years and no more full containers with old storage shelfs.
No down time at all and an excellent support.
Other customers are more then satisfied with the Pure Storage FlashArray stacks.
- We don't have any downtime because of storage maintenance.
- The storage is just working. This was before not always the same and failure search was a pain.
- The administators do have more time for other projects and systems.
