Overall Satisfaction with Pure Storage FlashArray

I am very satisfied with the support but I have encountered a problem upgrading from M20 to M50.
FlashArray is used by my customers. We sell IAAS to customers. We want to sell a "gold" Private cloud to "local" customers.
  • Simple administration Array (No need experts for control the storage Infrastructure)
  • Fast installation (The array was installed in 1 day)
  • Easy to upgrade
  • The Upgrade of Storage Flash Array (We have got an error when we have upgrade the array M20 to M50)..
  • Perfomance
  • Stability of storage array environnement
I have Test:
- Dell/EMC unity (Complecity in administration (Need to have an expert for control the array and COST)
- Nimble Storage ( Quality of storage Array, i find swrew in the array)
- Dell Compellent (Poor performance)
  • The Volume Snapshot (We can restore an Virtual machine with the snapshot of the array)
  • Active/active replication
In a VDI environment, the deduplication rate is very interesting. In a Database environment, the deduplication rate is not good (for us).
