Overall Satisfaction with Rchilli
We have integrated RChilli as part of our Recruitment Product and it is being extensively used by our Customers for their parsing needs. It has helped our customers to quickly upload Candidate's Data and maintain the resume bank. It is a very helpful tool for Recruiters, Candidates. We have integrated for Single Parsing by Candidates, Bulk Online Parsing and Offline Parsing by Recruiters. The parsing success rate is around 80% which is quite good.

- RChilli is being bundled as service as part of our Recruitment Module and has given good benefits to our Customers and their Recruiters
- Some of our big customers have been able to parse thousands of resumes using RChilli
- Easy and Economical to use with good benefits to both us and our Customers
We recently evaluated Azure Cognitive AI Services. It was not economical and we were asked to partner with another partner of Microsoft for specific Resume Parsing Services. Looking at the cost benefits, efficiency of parsing and ease of use of RChilli, we decided to continue with our very good partner RChilli
