Overall Satisfaction with Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform

We use Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform to automate our datacenter infrastructure. It reduces time to market in adoptin new datacenter devices and automates our ticket based workflows. The scope is all that's related to datacenter and how we deliver value to our customers.

Cons

  • No support for multiple credentials per template
  • better dashboard for at a glance status
  • reduced ticket resolving time by over 80%
  • automated away multiple help desk tasks
It just works. We have had zero issues using it for 2 years which is huge.
