Provisioning automation, and securing to DISA STIG guidelines.

  • job automation
  • configuration verification
  • job parallelism

Cons

  • needs better documentation
  • better modules to handle host configuration parameters, like audit/Pam/crypto configs
  • would like reporting tools available from the cli
  • has saved time by allowing for faster deployments
In my opinion, a lot of envionment information is required before Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform is usable to it;s full potential. Also requires a lot of planning for host variables and deployment of playbooks/collections.
