Currently we are using Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) 9 migration from AIX and Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) 7 platforms and using Ansible Automation for the migration and problems with the Application COde with Java v=Vulnerabilities
Pros
- Yes it helps our migration smooth
- very good option for Ansible Automation
- Patching Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) OS is very fast and reliable
Cons
- Yes we had issues with cross platform MQ access
- sometimes OS behaves weird in old Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) 7 platforms
- input output tuning params
- Positive impact since we are getting License cheap
- Most of our Applications installed and migrated to Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) platforms
Yes Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) against since the market is adopting Red Hat world wide and customers are like using it various platform automations and innovations using CI/CD pipelines that bring the application partner to deploy the code on premised basis with in less time and focusing more on security vulnerabilties for different scans..thought out the organizations...
