Overall Satisfaction with REsimpli

We use it to follow up with all of our leads by Phone, SMS, and Email. Everything is one place, all of our notes, records, files, tagged comments, KPIs, etc. It has replaced so many systems, reduced redundancies, and acts as our main point we reference for all of our deals.

Pros

  • Keeping track of all notes and records
  • Drip Campaigns for Automated Follow Up
  • Reliable SMS, Calling, and Emailing system.
  • Constantly being updated (web and mobile app) adding new features to make it even easier to manage our leads.

Cons

  • Mobile app has its share of issues, and each update seems to break something that worked fine in the previous iteration. It doesn't nearly as much attention as a lot of investors manage their leads while on the go and are not necessarily at their computers all of the time. That aside, it is very reliable and stable in general.
  • The tech support is hit and miss. Sometimes the rep I get is very helpful and able to respond in an intelligent fashion, but I do often get responses that make me wonder if they read the initial message. This is quite rare though and overall I am pleased the customer support. To be Frank, with the numbers of users they have and the complexity of the system, it is pretty amazing that they are able to keep with all of the tickets and respond to each and every user, so kudos to them!
  • Reduced our time wasted on managing multiple systems
  • Made it easier than ever to see at a glance what needs to be done. The task management system is very flexible and robust.
  • No leads can slip through the tracks if the system is used well by the team.
The system is very intuitive to use and offers a nice graphical interface to see the stage of a lead. There are other features, including a mobile app, that make it super easy to communicate with each lead and also maintain communication between team members.
They are by far a better solution. I know many people that have switched over from that system and their only regret is not switching sooner. There are other options such as Podio but it requires a large up front investment and ongoing management to keep all of the systems working properly. REsimpli is a one stop shop!
