Overall Satisfaction with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email

Salesforce Marketing Cloud is used by our Marketing Department. It is only used for sending and analyzing email.
  • Offers a lot of solutions. If you purchase the different add-ons you can do everything from lifecycle marketing to email marketing to customer service.
  • Allows you to seamlessly manage several different businesses in one account.
  • I would like to see better testing functionality. It would be great to have multivariate testing
  • We have not had great support when adding a new business into our existing account. It would be great to get a dedicated person that could help with implementation/consultation even after we have our initial on-boarding. Businesses change over time, and it would be great to get the support from Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Increased email open rates
  • Increased email engagement rates
  • Increase email generated revenue
It's a very powerful tool, but for companies that are constantly changing (i.e. adding new services), Salesforce Marketing Cloud doesn't grow along with you...at least not at the support level.
