Overall Satisfaction with Salesforce Service Cloud

Salesforce Service Cloud is a great tool to use within our organization as it has a very easy-to-use interface, can easily track our tasks and add notes and details if needed, as well as vast integration with other third-party apps. This makes it very easy to update a client record within the system and be able to view it in different formats whether through a desktop, mobile, tablet, etc.

  • I am not the one who pays for the service, but it has been very beneficial.
I haven't been affected by any unplanned outages at the moment.
Salesforce Service Cloud has especially helped our organization with case management overall. This has kept the entire team up to date with where we are and if any collaborative work may be needed.
Salesforce Service Cloud has more unique customization features that benefit the organization as a whole.
