Overall Satisfaction with SAP Business Technology Platform
We use multiple services like CPI, TMS, and Currency-Market Rate services and extend to other areas. I do recommend SAP Business Technology Platform is a stable platform with a lot of resilient features and high scope to leverage a platform for enterprises. User onboarding/offboarding needs improvement, and alignment with SAP standard GRC process would be good along with enabling SSO.4.
