Overall Satisfaction with SAP Business Technology Platform

We use SAP Business Technology Platform for custom apps. SAP Business Technology Platform helps to use existing infra rather than invest in new infrastructure and helps to connect with our current ABAP system to get the data.

We were able to integrate SAP Business Technology Platform with our ABAP system to leverage its development capabilities, create apps between 2 systems and quickly present the changes and apps to users.
In situations when I ran into roadblocks SAP support was able to help me quickly move past it. They provided quick, efficient and some case screen sharing & meetings to help get past the problem.
I have not seen or used any of the use cases - I have not used any use cases.

It is more suited in scenarios where we have to build apps for the existing SAP systems that are being actively used. It helps to elevate user experience. As of now, nothing comes to mind for the less appropriate scenario.
