Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Being global SAP Business Technology Platform lead for Ford Motor Company, I am leading the SAP Business Technology Platform transformation for various services. This includes SAP Integration Suite, Build Workzone, SAP Build, AI Core, Test automation, QIR etc. In addition to that, we are also looking forward to solutions like VERTEX, Print queues, ADS etc in SAP Business Technology Platform.

Pros and Cons

Pros

Integration Suite with no doubt
SAP Build Workzone is a very good product
Also a very good platform for various tech

Cons

Monitoring is completely missing in SAP Business Technology Platform
Another thing that"s missing is a good overview in form of dashboards showing current status etc

Usability

We are already live in SAP Integration Suite. The interface was very easy to implement and offered no code functionality to implement. Additionally scalability is not an issue.

Support Rating

While we do have SAP engagement partner at onsite but I feel that support could have been better, Term "Shared responsibility" is not 100% explained by SAP.
