Overall Satisfaction with SAP Business Technology Platform

Embarking onto the transformation jouney soon. Based on the SAP recommended clean core approach, SAP Business Technology Platform seems to play a very crucial role in building/ deploying / scaling and automating extensions.

Pros

  • Sap build
  • Sap cloud integration
  • Sap Business AI

Cons

  • Account management is difficult for new user. Some sample templates on how to structure account based upon a simple prompt on user needs will be helpful.
  • Features on joule should be embedded to notify/ guide administrator on vulnerability in architecture/ configuration.
  • Ability to build Independent Apps for external business using SAP and non SAP data.
  • Plug and play SAP bot / utilities to support business non functional requirements. Like upload journal entries at scale.
  • Dashboard for monitoring technical debt on the core.
Extended apps outside with core using modern low code tools on SAP build... plug in SAP bots for process automation for mundane task at scale for better business productivity.
CSP engagement in the past was helpful for quick guidance, understanding product features and solving basic issues.
I have not seen or used any of the use cases
