Overall Satisfaction with SAP Cloud ERP

Our entire company operates off of SAP ERP. we use it for AP and AR, we run sales orders, invoicing, etc. Vendors are created and managed through SAP as well as customers. all of our products are maintained within the system. There is not a piece of our business that does not interact with SAP

Pros

  • Business Process
  • Product Management
  • Scalability

Cons

  • Majority of my gripes will be solved when we move over to Fiori. I don't believe there is anything I can call out, top of the dome.
  • Managing inventory has become way easier
  • we made 5x our implementation cost back within the first year
As a user once you understated the fundamentals it is easy to understand the rest of the processes, and easy to explain to others.

We have not started using Joule yet but have begun the process of researching how and where Joule and the other AI features SAP provides can improve our business.

SAP is the only ERP system I've known, so I cant really say it handles x scenario poorly. I haven't interacted with a system that has handled it better.
