Overall Satisfaction with SAP Cloud ERP

SAP Cloud ERP is the primary application across most of our business, with the exception of field service.

Pros

  • Creates the necessary financial postings based on the business transactions of users
  • Manages work queues and balances user workload

Cons

  • Lack of integration with existing SAP tools like GRC.
  • Allowed us to provide self-service to customers directly from the ERP without a CRM or custom web system in front
Because parts still have the clumsiness of old SAP screens

If you need an ERP, it's the best available. Maybe too costly for smaller agencies, but you're buying a Mercedes, not a Hyundai.
