Overall Satisfaction with SAP for Higher Education and Research
We use SAP Concur platform for reimbursement for travels and events. It is to streamline the reservation, expense reports, and reimbursement processes.
Pros
- The concur platform integrates all the necessary steps for reservation, expense reports, and reimbursement.
- It has customer supports that can easily be reached by emails.
- It emails the users for any important process steps.
Cons
- The system is not much user friendly.
- Some menus are hard to understand intuitively.
- It is not easy to learn how to use in the beginning.
- Travel/event reservation
- Travel/event expense reports
- Travel/event expense reimbursement
- It integrates into one platform for travel/event reservation, approval, expense reports, and reimbursement.
I cannot compare since I have never used any similar platform before.
