Overall Satisfaction with SAP Multi-Bank Connectivity

Objective was to Automate/Secure connectivity to Major bank transactions.
Automation avoids mistake and manual efforts related to bank transactions. Seamless Integration with Bank of America really help business with day-to-day operations. After go-live sometime getting support in timely manner is difficult. Tech support really have difficult understanding customer landscape and limitation. Support is not available as per US business hours.
