Overall Satisfaction with SAP S/4HANA Cloud

SAP S/4HANA Cloud is being used by the entire organization. The modules we are using are - FI/CO, SD, MM,WM, PS, Contract & Lease Accounting. In our previous ERP lots of processes were manual which is now automated through system with better control on SAP S/4HANA Cloud.

Pros

  • Revenue And Accounting controls
  • A better Order to Cash management system
  • Better Inventory management
  • System is very flexible to manage

Cons

  • Work-flow designing should be more user friendly to avoid involvement of technical persons.
  • MIS should be little bit more flexible.
  • Digital Access by 3rd party application concept is not good.
  • Reduced around 60% of our manual processes.
  • Digital access of 3rd party application needs to be removed.
  • Contract Management is great.
The processes built within system are very user friendly and my new users who never used SAP S/4HANA Cloud environment are also easily able to work on SAP modules. The configuration part is also flexible where we can design the system as per business need. All the required information is already built in which we actually need to build the MIS.
  • Oracle Cloud ERP
The licensing model of Oracle Cloud ERP was so complex and the enhancement was a little bit difficult which was the main reason why we have selected SAP S/4HANA Cloud for our organization. Second the sales pitching by the team was great and very impressive. Additionally we also evaluated MS Dynamics and Infor.

Overall it's a very flexible system for any any type of business. With the implementation of SAP S/4HANA Cloud, we reduced around 60% of manual works. The only disadvantage I found is digital access, rest everything is great.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Support

The support system of SAP S/4HANA Cloud is very good. Whenever we are logging any request, a quick support we are getting. Especially the support portal is very user friendly and easy to use. As of now I have not received any kind of complaint or negative feedback from my team regarding the support they are getting from SAP S/4HANA Cloud support team.
