We are using the SAP S/4HANA Cloud Financial and Accounting Module. We manage the end to end workflow of finance and accounting from this. It helps to walk through standard processes such as order-to-cash and purchase-to-pay, the organizational structure and how FI integrates with controlling. Also helps in recording and maintaining the entire transactions and records. Making our life more easier and simpler as it allows us to get the real time data, recording journals, maintaining cash flows and generating reports.

[SAP S/4HANA Cloud] have better features than these Software's as it can support the entire process from account receivables to account payables, cash management, reporting and forecasting but other software can only help in maintaining the records. We can easily customize the product and can integrate with any other platform which makes this more productive and user friendly.

Various modules of SAP S/4HANA Cloud gives life to the department as it is easy to use and manage, really helpful in getting real time data, maintaining the entire process whether it is Finance and accounting, sales and Marketing or HR or any other module. Helps to manage the entire cash flow and reporting. Helps us to plan and Forecast. Really helpful in building the relationship with the customers and maintaining their orders and payments. Easy to do Reconciliation.
