Use Cases and Deployment Scope

SAP S/4 HANA is the backbone for all company financial attraction in every department.

This include in payments to our suppliers and vendors, inventory management, shipments and cost of goods sold off. Unfortunately, if the system is not up to date there is a potential risk that some of these transactions may not be properly executed.

SAP S/4HANA offers two classes of transactions: Statement and Cash Transaction.

Statement transactions create an ECM or ERP document that allows statistical information on a selected time frame. These transactions can generate various reports that are viewed on standard screens provided by the software or offloaded to partner systems depending on the user's requirements.

Usability

The usefulness is a 9 out of 10 in my view.

I am aware that SAP S/4HANA offers a sophisticated but not always user-friendly user interface.

Furthermore, I thought it was straightforward to migrate, especially when compared to SAP CRM.

The user interface is simple to use and aids in navigating. The desktop, on the other hand, does not have the option of making files openable.

Support Rating

The customer service team is knowledgeable and helpful
The people in the channel manager are also great
