Our organization use SAP Cloud ERP to manage various business aspects such as finance, procurement, and supply chain operations. We use it to maintain vendor management, purchase orders, procurement management, general ledger, finance management and also to manage centralized data for customer, vendor and material. We use SAP Cloud for the integration with other apps like IFS, Azure data factory, etc.

Pros

It works very well in finance team because journal entries, reconciliations, and reporting all happen on the same dataset.
It handles an end to end flow for procurement, right from the vendor onboarding to the purchase order management.
Compliance and audit ready data is kept in single location

Cons

Customization in SAP systems are very limited specially in public cloud
Integration with other systems sometimes feels confusing and complex due to the OData structures and object name in API
SAP UI and UX needs to improved as per the modern UI requirements.
