Overall Satisfaction with SAP S/4HANA Cloud

[We are] implementing cash management. The CDs view is not pulling data and loads of data in [the] delta table. We use it for cash management. Liquidity forecast solutions need to be simplified. For [the] Liquidity forecast, there [is] a lot of dependency in other modules like Sac, and the process seems complicated. If we are using [the] 1609 version, some config steps [are] not appearing.

Still, lots of features are there, but it's non-explorer. The market risk analyzer [...] calculation is complicated. Users depend on outside data and upload [it] into treasury like VAR calculation. They don't depend on SAP calculation as it's very sensitive. These need to improve to create trust among users for the calculation part
SAP TRM is better than other products. It's very simple to use. [There's] no technology issues, and now the trading platform is integrated to Treasury. The treasury requirement for derivative, stock, bond FD, every feature is there. Correspondence functionality needs to improve. [The] hedging part [is] also complicated. [They] need to improve the effectiveness test.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Cash management [...] has [made] lots of improvement. The data is real-time, FQM_flow. Now it's easy to get the real-time balance. Earlier it was [a] configuration of grouping and summarization terms. But in liquidity forecast, it's complicated. The flow type concept in cash management is not visible to [the] user, only the new flow type we can see.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Support

SAP S/4HANA Cloud 1809 is full of bugs, and they came up with lots of SAP notes. My recommendation is [to] do some testing before releasing the version. Provide the KT to [the] implementation partner with new features. Make the documents resource available easily to [the] consultant so he or she can best use [...] it.
