We do S/4HANA Public Cloud implementations for customers. Cloud comes with few limitations from extensibility/custom development perspective.

On a general note, it strives for a user-friendly interface. I'd say it's around a 7 or 8, but for the latest and most accurate assessment, checking recent user reviews or updates from SAP would be wise.
