Overall Satisfaction with SAP S/4HANA Cloud

I am a member of the end-user implementation team for S/4 HANA at Raymond Limited. Since our org has been using SAP Weaver for the past ten years, we started to face many problems such as PR creation, Monitoring inventory levels, Analysis of Aged material in Inventory, Realising production orders, etc. We consulted regarding this problem to various service providers & Decided to move to the S/4 HANA cloud. Since I was a team member, I tried to gather & detailed information for my organization & Made service providers provide such facilities to us. We have noticed a significant increase in the productivity & efficiency of our team members. S4/HANA has played a pivotal role in making tasks automated, helps to take decisions in seconds & provides visualization for each data. It is also enabled with the Ai feature, which performs functions as prompted. Overall, it has helped us drive operations smoothly.

Our organization is quite satisfied with implementing this cloud. They can now perform tasks with less complexity and make accurate decisions with accurate data. Also, the automated reports produced by S4HANA are truly commendable. They save a lot of time. Additionally, it combines strong data visualization tools and indication features that draw the user's attention if there is any malfunctioning.

The most important factor was ease of use; during the implementation, the service team provided step-by-step support at every stage of operation. They trained our staff and Obtained their personal views on this. We used to do a lot of manual work in our last software, but after upgrading to S4HANA, we have significantly improved our efficiency and productivity.
As I already mentioned, it automated our tasks such as Report creation, PR creation, and many others. That's the major advantage of the S/4 HANA cloud over our previous ERP. Its robust indication system and pre-analyzed data enabled ease of decision-making, which was not incorporated in our last software.

As I mentioned, it enabled us to control & monitor our inventory levels. But as it is browser-based, it sometimes upsets users & takes much longer to extract data.
