Overall Satisfaction with SAP S/4HANA Cloud

We are using SAP for activities related to finance and accounts functions. SAP has been a game changer for us since we started using it. It has been very useful in financial reporting functions such as aging analysis, book closing, Consolidation of books of Accounts, Trail balance preparation, and preparation of financial statements. We are also using it for conducting planning, preparing budgets, and analyzing variance between budget and actual.

Pros

  • Ageing Analysis.
  • Books Closing.
  • Budgetary Control.
  • Payment Processing.

Cons

  • Detailed report not available for operational expenses.
  • Time consuming when exporting a large dump.
  • In detailed data availability. (More than 100 fields are available for budgetary reports).
  • Improved overall effectiveness & efficiency of the function.
We have been using SAP for the last two years, and the advanced functionality and features it provides are quite impressive. Based on our past two years of experience, it has been very beneficial in terms of enhanced features such as detailed reports, customized layouts, export facilities, and ease of use. The performance of our team has also improved significantly.

It is well suited for big data crunching, such as trade receivables and payables in the B2C Segment. However, it is less appropriate for smaller organizations, such as retail shops.
