Overall Satisfaction with SAP S/4HANA Cloud

The problems that I have faced in my company are Inefficient Processes of data where we have been inefficient, but with the help of this product, we were able to do better and automate the tasks efficiently. Data Fragmentation We have had a big problem with data distribution on different systems, and ever since we started using this product, it has saved us a lot of time and enhanced the productivity of our team. We used to do it in one department, but now we have raised the product scale.

Pros

  • It helped to track real-time financial cash flow and boosted financial closing.
  • It has helped with the efficient procurement of processes with better accountability.
  • With its advanced analytics feature, the detailed reports were very helpful.

Cons

  • The beginner's user-friendly UI can help learners learn easily, and it feels a bit complex.
  • Implementation of AI bot on common tasks.
  • There are no offline functionality that users can use remotely.
  • As the scalability of the products grows, they become more expensive.
  • Better visibility with improved efficiency.
  • It also reduced the total cost of ownership.
It has been amazing using the services of SAP S/4HANA Cloud, and I am pretty impressed with the product's performance. It positively affected our decision-making with better analytics, providing better data sites and dashboards. Hence, I found it a better product.
