Overall Satisfaction with SAP S/4HANA Cloud

We are using SAP S/4HANA Cloud on several SAP System and handle all major business processes for all countries over it; >~ 20 Bill revenue. We use multiple components; SD, O2C, FICO, Manufacturing, RAR, etc.

Pros

  • Access to latest innovations
  • Stable operations with SAP RISE
  • fast update cycle; much closer to latest releases

Cons

  • Performance issues in pricing module for O2C
  • only medium security level
  • Introduction / Migration costs are very high
  • Training costs are very high
  • For big companies there is nearly no alternative
  • ROI comes over time for sure!
It is the latest version of SAPs ERP System optimized to perfection over the last decade with help of a lot of customers. Fiori usage makes it easier for new users; old known user can still use transactions as always. It is great connectable and comes with a lot of Cloud advantages; e.g. connection to BTP Platform

Best in class business processes built-in! SAP has a lot of customers and they developed best in class processes togehter. It has the opportunity to get rid of own highly bended processes and win productivity and efficiency.
we integrated Readsoft to SAP S/4HANA Cloud and the integration is very good

SAP S/4HANA Cloud is the current ERP Release of SAP and has been developed over decades to perfection in a lot of business areas/processes. It comes with all cloud advantages; it is faster setup and good to use. For sure it is suited for bigger sized companies do to serious license price and maintenance efforts
