Overall Satisfaction with SAP S/4HANA Cloud

Our organization is into manufacturing, and SAP HANA is being used across organization to add data, view and track from anywhere. From manufacturing plants to supply chain management team all uses the tool to manage the process and data. My team uses the Tcodes (transaction codes) that really helps to view the data, sort the data, deep dive into data with detailed list and also download it for further analysis. SAP HANA is so customizable that users can create there own programs as per requirement.

Pros

  • Access anytime and across anywhere.
  • Data Management in many cases i.e supply chain management, manufacturing process management and so on.
  • Analytics dashboard and reports
  • User permissions for critical and non critical data

Cons

  • User interface or experience can be improved
  • Ease in sharing capabilities across organization ecosystem for reports, data and custom views too
  • More user trainings, transaction code details should be available
  • Great data management across business segments
  • Supply chain activity management helped oranization
  • Manufacturing process management helped organization
SAP S/4HANA Cloud is the complete and perfect enterprise solution for our organization as it manages thousands of transactions everyday from various locations used by various teams from manufacturing, supply chain, inventory and order management, as well as reporting team.

Cloud solution and scalability it the most important factor for the organization decision to use because its a whole end to end ecosystem solution for a mid size or a large organizations to manage operations across various departments.
In our organization, AI feature is not being used yet because of governance policies.
SAP S/4HANA Cloud stack is the complete ecosystem for an organization which helps almost every department.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud is well suited as our manufacturing plants are across various countries, senior management teams wants data to be centralized and can be access anytime anywhere. Our management team, analytical team is access the data in the head office, build reports and make decisions which are critical to organization.
