Overall Satisfaction with SAP S/4HANA Cloud

SAP S/4HANA is being used in our Material Management Systems as well as the business planning, Budget management, and reporting activities. It has been an integrated ERP that has enabled us to manage our business from strategy and planning stages to reporting. It has been a very efficient tool coordinating the business across multi functional areas

  • Also sharing work files and creating versions of reports

  • Very effective Budgeting control and enforcement
It has enabled the overall work environment, providing an integrated system for business planning, budgeting, performance measurements as well as reporting. Whilst there are opportunities for us to improve its usage in forecasting and tracking procurement orders, it has enabled us to manage the material requisition and utilization very well and it is a great tool for managing our projects particularly those that extend beyond one accounting period

Whilst our primary objective is to have one single system, the ability to get this integrated with other systems in our hospitals, logistics and other field operations as well as being able to use this effortlessly in our multi locations has been the major reasons for decision to invest in the systems for our business.
AI features are subjected to strict governance and risk framework of our organization. Whilst our IT team can speak more to this, the help functions has been of great assistance to navigate processes. Also, the ability to use some of the features in defining the Segregation of Duties has helped in managing roles and preventing overlapping access available to our teams

SAP S/4HANA Cloud is quite good for access online even when I am not physically in the office or at work. The easy accessibility has enabled me to work seamlessly such that i do not delay work and can review as well as give approvals to activities requiring my attention such that reporting deadlines are met at all times
