Overall Satisfaction with SAP S/4HANA Cloud

We use SAP S/4HANA Cloud to Run business, OTC processes mostly. R2R processes as well as availability information.

Pros

  • basic ERP functionality

  • Detailed scheduling
  • In my opinion, there is no effect on the business effectivity with our use of SAP S/4HANA Cloud
Do not see compelling business benefits by using SAP S/4HANA Cloud

We decided to use SAP S/4HANA Cloud because it was end of life for ECC
we failed to make SAP S/4HANA Cloud AI features work properly

In my opinion, SAP S/4HANA Cloud E2E coverage of the business processes is good. In my experience, SAP S/4HANA Cloud documentation is not always holistic and comprehensive.
