Overall Satisfaction with SAP S/4HANA Cloud

Less total cost of ownership in hardware, so no more on-premise hardware to maintain. Uptime reliability with the GCP platform.

Pros

  • SAP S/4HANA Cloud is surprisingly quick, latency was not a problem.
  • High availability.

Cons

  • Better fiori app activation and new app equivalent.
  • Possible reduced TCO
In my opinion, SAP S/4HANA Cloud is basically the same thing with ECC but with a different skin. Good thing is the new apps that comes with SAP S/4HANA Cloud but the problem is that making it work correctly.

Cloud migration and the deadline to migrate to S4 for customers. We had hesitations going via cloud specially with RISE due to less control on the platform but so far it hasn't been a problem.
We haven’t utilised this yet but we are planning to review and implement these agents. We are hoping that these agents are actually useful and be helpful to the business.
It was not a direct replacement to ECC and was not a good fit.

Problem is with the sizing of the solution with medium enterprises with complex requirements. You can either get it too big or too small.
