Overall Satisfaction with SAP S/4HANA Cloud

Base for all the sources to work on enterprise-related products and the respective application, which will help in building better and user-friendly applications. This is also a learning part that comes with this to add the customized solution as per the organization's business process and steps. overall, it's a good product.

SAP S/4hana cloud application could be made easier and friendlier to users by providing simple applications without jazzy and useless analytics and usage reports, which actually do not add value to the main points, which are data, and which is the most important part of decision-making.

Scalability is one of the most important aspects of any business when it comes to their business execution with the right software, and at the same point of time, we as customers expect the software to easily integrate with other third-party applications and software for better and convenient business execution at once.
there are limited features we will be in need of from the business perspective, which are quite fulfilled by the existing application and products. Over-innovation and over-engineering make the system complex and less user-friendly. So maybe understanding customers' needs and delivering the product accordingly will be the better approach.

Overall, the product is average, as there are many applications, and sometimes, to complete one specific task, we need to make use of multiple applications, and again, there is an authorization-related constraint. performance could be improved, and a lot of new things are delivered in a short period of time, which needs constant upskilling.
