Overall Satisfaction with Scrut Automation

We use Scrut for SOC2 compliance, for ongoing compliance needs.

Pros

  • Scan the infrastructure to find any vulnerabilities
  • Detailed policy definitions and tracking
  • Support for ensuring that SOC 2 compliance requirements are understood and met

Cons

  • Scrut does auto-validation for some policies, that can be expanded so we do not have to manually update evidence that can be gathered automaticalls
  • More reminders for ongoing monitoring would be great
  • Positive as SOC2 compliance is a necessary requirement
Product is intuitive and easy to use.
Team provides guidance when needed.
Product sends regular updates and reminders.

Scrut Automation is great for compliance needs, we used it for SOC2 compliance and they are a trusted partner to guide us through the complex process. I also liked the infrastructure scanning and Pen tests that they did, it allowed us to improve our infrastructure. I really appreciated their guidance and support through the process. Scrut supports other compliance frameworks too but we did not use those at this time.
